Puglia, Italy

Located on the “heel” of Italy, this region is brimming with charm and sincerity. Over half of the worlds Olive Oil comes from Puglia so the landscape is brushed with centuries old olive groves and oak forests. The back drop for this region is the exact point where the Adriatic Sea, Ionian Sea and Mediterranean sea meet.

Puglia was the region that inspired me to put together my original Culinary Tour. Though postponed, I am definitely planning on going back. Maybe some peeps would like to join me?
